فيما وصف بأنه أعلى سعر معروض لمنزل ريفي، في بريطانيا، عرض لاعب كرة القدم البريطاني المعتزل ديفيد بيكهام وزوجته فيكتوريا بيكهام منزلهما الريفي في منطقة أبتسوود، مقابل 27 مليون جنيه استرليني، المنزل مكون من 10 غرف نوم في مبنى رئيسي، و6 حمامات، بخلاف 12 مبنى آخر ملحق به، وحدائق متعددة.
